Reserved a rental and happy to drive it yourself? Then what’s left is the punishing part, hoisting the heavy stuff and packing it so the interstate can’t shake it loose. Labor-only service handles that and nothing more. Pull up in whatever you rented, keep the keys, and the crew loads or empties it fast, packed tight and even from front to back. Leaving the wheel to you is a choice, and it’s a big part of why this stays one of the most affordable ways to get experienced help.

How It Goes
Park the truck wherever there’s room while the crew sizes up each item by weight and shape, sets the heaviest forward against the front wall for ballast, and packs the rest snug behind it so nothing rattles loose. Whenever a piece can come apart to free up space, it does. On a clear-out, the steps run backward, each piece set wherever you point and the parts that came off bolted back on. When a storm blows in, we sand the ramp and the walk and lay floor cover before a wheel turns, because a loaded hand truck losing its footing on slick metal and a wet apron is exactly how a do-it-yourself afternoon ends in the emergency room. Downtown jobs stay inside the elevator window you booked, so your rental isn’t running the clock while it sits.
The One Firm Limit
To be clear, the driving isn’t ours. Operating the truck, towing a trailer, moving a POD between addresses, all of that is yours or the rental company’s, full stop. The truck and its fuel are your cost too, and anything loose or open-topped falls outside the guarantee, except items you sealed yourself or that we photographed before loading.
Pricing
Billing is by the meter, starting at $130/hr for two movers over a two-hour minimum, usually the cheapest way to get capable help. A heavy load, or a climb across several floors, often needs a third hand at $175/hr, which we sort out on a short call.
