Palm Beach Gardens, From PGA National to Downtown at the Gardens
A condo in PGA National behind the gate in the morning, an apartment over by Downtown at the Gardens next, then a single-family home in Alton whose dates need bridging — the city runs from corporate offices and golf to brand-new neighborhoods, and the moves follow suit. I’m Cody Brennan, and Three Friends Moving works this stretch from our West Palm Beach yard with rigs and a crew we employ directly. We’re Florida-licensed as, list and, back the haul with a million in cargo coverage, and one of us always looks the property over first, with each booking nailed to a single fixed figure on the contract.
Gated golf communities and clearing the guard
A good slice of the Gardens sits behind a gate along PGA Boulevard, from PGA National to BallenIsles and Mirasol, and the attendant wants a moving truck cleared before it pulls through. We phone the community ahead and arrange the entry so your window isn’t lost idling for a visitor pass. Inside, the streets run on golf-cart scale, with pinched lanes and stubby drives, so where the rig can’t loop around we rest it at a roomier spot and shorten the walk, all spelled into the figure beforehand.
Alton, the new builds, and the storm watch
Over in Alton the homes are recent, with two-car garages, deeper driveways, and the longer door-to-tailgate haul that comes with them. New tile and paint scuff at the slightest brush, so we wrap the banisters, roll floor cover the entire route, and dismantle furniture wherever a landing turn calls for it. Through hurricane season we watch the forecast with you and slide the date at no charge if a named storm threatens, and we tally any long carry on the estimate so it’s already priced.
A licensed flat rate with nothing tacked on later
Once one of us has seen the place, the price settles fixed and on paper and it holds there, whether a long gated drive or a packed new-build garage eats into the day. There is no fuel surcharge and no per-mile entry creeping aboard after the load is up. A Florida license for household goods, the federal IDs, the sixty-cent-per-pound floor on the contract, and a crew made up wholly of our own people.
