What pushes a quote toward either edge
Bedroom count sets the bracket; the realities of the two addresses decide where you land within it, and Palm Beach County has some particular ones:
- Where the truck can stop. A Northwood cottage with a driveway is the fast case. A condo on the Intracoastal where the closest legal spot is around the corner stretches every carry. Neither shows up as its own charge; both simply inform the single figure we quote.
- Towers and their paperwork. Buildings along Flagler Drive and near Rosemary Square typically demand a COI and a scheduled freight elevator. The clock those rules consume is real, so we arrive with the documents filed, the elevator confirmed, and corner guards plus runners for the common areas.
- Stairs. A third-floor walk-up in an older Lake Worth Beach building keeps the crew climbing far longer than a single-story ranch in Greenacres. There is no stair fee on any invoice we issue; the time involved is simply part of the quoted total.

Can the total grow once the crew starts?
No. You pay what the contract says, with the single exception of an inventory dramatically larger than what was shown during the estimate, and even then we discuss it before touching anything.
What does the quoted figure include?
The crew’s labor, the truck and its fuel, pads, shrink wrap, dollies, runners, and basic disassembly and reassembly. None of those line-items exist separately; they all live inside the one total.
