Wellington, From the Show Grounds to the Gated Family Tracts
One week it’s a barn apartment near the equestrian show grounds, the next a five-bedroom in Olympia behind the gate, and on Thursday a townhouse off Forest Hill that needs its keys swapped on a tight window. Wellington spreads across that whole range, and the three of us built our company to handle it. I’m Cody Brennan; Marcus, Danielle, and I started Three Friends Moving in 2012. Our movers are on our own payroll and the box trucks are titled to the company, so everything at your curb traces back to one of the three of us. We carry Florida authority as, list and, and back each load with a million in cargo coverage. The price comes as a single figure before a room empties.
Gated communities and the season’s traffic
So much of Wellington sits behind a gate west of the Turnpike, and the guard wants a moving truck cleared before it rolls through. We phone the community ahead so your window isn’t spent idling for a pass. From January into April the equestrian season fills the roads near Pierson and South Shore, so we pick the hour around the show traffic rather than crawl under a full load. That planning costs you nothing extra; it’s simply how we run a Wellington booking.
Barns, big homes, and the careful pieces
Equestrian properties bring their own wrinkles, with long gravel drives, tack rooms, and the odd grand piano in the main house. One of us looks the approach over at the estimate, finds where the truck rests on firm ground instead of a soft paddock verge, and decides whether the rig eases all the way back or a smaller van covers the last leg. Tack trunks, trophies, and saddlery get padded and crated on site, and we line the floors of these newer homes before the first carton moves.
One figure, licensed, nothing buried
What we quote after touring the property is exactly what lands on the invoice. No fuel surcharge, no per-mile line drifting on once we’ve loaded, our released-value floor of sixty cents a pound spelled out plainly. The Florida license rides with the federal IDs, the same hands work both ends, and any harm we cause on our own truck is ours to repair. Ring (888) 711-4778 and your Wellington date is held.
