Are you an actual moving company, or a site that books someone else for me?
We run the trucks ourselves, plain and simple. The trucks are ours, the movers earn a W-2 paycheck from us, one of the three founders is on every job, and the licensing-and-insurance file is complete. Will you handle a snowbird or 55-plus community move?
Constantly, and the calendar leans that way hard from late fall into spring. A lot of what we do happens inside the gated and 55-plus communities west of the Turnpike, plus the snowbird crowd heading back north once summer arrives. Gated addresses like those usually want proof of insurance and a reserved gate window before any truck shows, and our office handles all of that ahead of time so nothing jams up at the guardhouse. My high-rise demands a certificate of insurance before move-in. Doable?
Every day of the week. A good share of our jobs are Intracoastal and oceanfront condos, and management keeps the freight elevator and the loading bay locked until they have a COI naming the building. Walk me through the flat rate, can the number ever climb on move day?
We tally everything that is leaving and set one sealed figure in front of you to approve beforehand, and that figure becomes the bill. A backup on I-95 that stretches the hours will not lift the total, and we will not retag your safe as oversized to pump the number. The one thing that can move it is your own choice to add extra items or help down the line. Nothing ticks away quietly in a corner.
Can you take a household from West Palm Beach to another state?

Are you properly licensed and carrying real insurance?
Yes, fully. We run on our own numbers, and, Florida-licensed, bonded, and fully insured. A full $1M in cargo coverage stands behind every move, and paperwork goes out whenever it is requested, an official insurance certificate included, the moment an HOA or building manager asks for proof.
On a normal in-town move, what is already folded into the rate?
An in-town rate has the movers built in, plus the truck and its fuel, blankets and pads, stretch film, hand trucks, protection across your floors and door frames, and the usual breakdown and reassembly of beds and standard pieces. Need boxes and packing materials, or a full white-glove pack? Each of those gets its own line, so the bill captures nothing beyond what you actually use.
Suppose something of mine is damaged during the move. Then what?
Unlikely, since each item is blanket-wrapped and logged on the manifest well before it nears the truck. But if a scuff turns up, that is squarely on us, through repair, replacement, or a payout, with $1M in cargo coverage behind the work, default released-value protection set at $0.60 per pound, full-value protection between 1 and 3 percent where you choose it, and nine months to file a claim.
